The three champagne grape varieties, Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay are blended in this cuvée.
Elaborated from the 2020 harvest and 50 % of reserve wines from 2017 to 2019, the Réserve Extra-Brut has been aged minimum 30 months after bottling.
Dosage : 2 gr/l
This reserve cuvee gives prominence to the pure expression of wine, thanks to a very low dosage.
A gastronomic champagne, dry and savoury.
On the nose, it is expressive with nutty aromas which will pair wonderfully with cured ham, poultry or with Comté cheese. Perfect for a cold cut and cheese board !
