The three champagne grape varieties, Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay are blended in this cuvée.
Elaborated from the 2019 harvest and 49 % of reserve wines from 2016, 2017 and 2018, the Extra-Brut Réserve benefited from a 30-month ageing after bottling.
Dosage : 2 gr/l
This reserve cuvee gives prominence to the pure expression of wine, thanks to a very low dosage.
A gastronomic champagne, dry and savoury.
On the nose, it is expressive with nutty aromas which will pair wonderfully with cured ham, poultry or with Comté cheese. Perfect for a French aperitif !
