The three champagne grape varieties, Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay are blended in this cuvee.
Elaborated from the 2016 harvest and 41 % of reserve wines from 2013, 2014 and 2015, the Extra-Brut Réserve benefited from a 3-year ageing on lees after bottling.
Dosage : 2 gr/l
This reserve cuvee gives prominence to the pure expression of wine, thanks to a very low dosage.
A gastronomic champagne, dry and savoury.
On the nose, it is expressive with nutty aromas which will pair wonderfully with cured ham, poultry or with Comté cheese. Perfect for a French aperitif !
